About Alex Meza
The passion for painting was something I developed early in life. I have been painting for 18 years in the Ann Arbor, MI area where I was born and raised.
Experience
I was fortunate enough to learn the craft of painting when I was 15 years old and had the opportunity to work out of a family friend’s business. Ever since I started painting, I spent my summer time and in between classes learning as much as I could and further harnessing my skill. For most of my life I have worked with skilled craftsmen, learning different techniques through my experience with various skilled contractors in the Ann Arbor area.
Passion
As my career has progressed, I have gained a strong love for painting older homes where the wood is in need of protection from the elements in order to be preserved for future generations of a family to appreciate the beauty of the home.

How often do i have to stain my deck?
It depends, there are allot of variables (Sun and water exposure). Michigan weather is particularly rough on decks, I'd say between every 3-4 years if done right.
